KoHorts may obtain the user’s name, mobile device number, and/or e-mail address through the user’s use of the System. KoHorts also collects information regarding a person’s use of the System, which includes data regarding billable events, call details that the user processes through the System (such as phone numbers and contacts), texting detail and content, and calendar detail and events as well as other communications that are accepted by the user. Further, KoHorts may obtain other information regarding users, such as social media identifiers, through applications which may or may not be provided by Kohorts.
KoHorts will not disclose a user’s information obtained through the use of the System or a user’s personal information to any other third party without the user’s express or implied permission. KoHorts may disclose to third parties certain information regarding a user provided that it is done in such a way so as not to reveal the identity of the user or the user’s contacts. KoHorts may use information within its organization to provide customer service, to conduct statistical analysis, to provide users with offers or communications from KoHorts, to communicate with users regarding the use of the System, to enforce the KoHorts’ User Agreement, and similar internal uses. Further, a user’s information may be disclosed in response to a court order, subpoena, or as may be required in a legal proceeding. KoHorts shall have no responsibility for the disclosure of a user’s identity that results from information available in the public domain or through systems outside of the control of KoHorts.
KoHorts does not authorize its system to be used for spam and other unwanted communication. A user who receives unwanted communication or unsolicited offers from third parties through the use of the KoHorts system should immediately notify KoHorts, who will make all reasonable efforts to prohibit the unwanted communications.
